Account Name filed is not hyperlinked in the Email Message Page Layout

How do I make the Account Name field a hyperlin back to the Account Record

    Dinakar - he WANTS a lookup field and currently has a formula field.

     

    Try this as a custom Formula Field (TEXT):

    HYPERLINK("/" & Account.Id, Account.Name )
