Pasted Document in a solution. When I attach solution to a case email, large gap appears between document image and text. How do I fix that?

Can you be more specific about where you pasted the stuff from?
A lot of times, if you're copying and pasting from something like Outlook or Word into a browser, those apps add a whole bunch of junk in there. What I sometimes do is copy it into a neutral editor like Notepad++ or Textpad, and then re-copy it from there into the web editor (in your case the Solutions HTML editor). This does mean that you'll have to add your image again separately, but it gives you much greater control over formatting.
