Remove case comment from the case feed based on the user role ?

Can any one suggest How to remove case comment from the case feed based on the role ?

    Do you mean a role (or profile?)

     

    - needs ability to delete commments

     

    - needs ability to see some but not all comments

     

    - shouldnt see any comments?
