I used to be able to schedule reports and/or dashboards refreshes to be sent out to Public Groups. I can't seem to get this to work anymore. Maybe I am missing something and was wondering if anyone has any insight to this?

 

I have created a couple of public groups with a few users in each, and now the report I am trying to send the refresh to a particular Public Group will not allow me to select any of my public groups. For this instance the public group I want to select, all the users in that group have access to the folder that the report is saved to.

 

 How can I schedule my report refresh to go out to public groups?

    Hi Andrea, make sure this report is not saved to your private folder.  It must be saved to a shared folder (share the folder to the same groups you want to receive the report).
