Is there any way we can have popup reminder window for open cases (similar to what we have for Tasks) or same task reminder window can be used to display open cases information as well.
I guess it can not be achieve via Point-and-Click Salesforce features and may need Apex and Visual Force.
I am unable to understand the existing Task logic to implement the same for cases.
Wondering if anybody else has tried this before, if yes, please let me know.

Hi Matthew could you post the Apex and the Visual force page code that could bring pop-ups for Open Cases. I am newbie to the Apex family.
I tried searching the developer.force.com but could not locate it. Please let us know how solution would look like.
