Conditional Highlighting

Is there a feature similar to Conditional Highlighting, but list views?

    Okay, if they HAVE to use a Liast View then the easiest thing to do would be to just create a Formul(TEXT) field on the object in the List View that evaluates the fields on the record and returns an image like a light or a flag, etc.  Kinda like this:
