Setting Default Columns for Reports?

I have been playing around on the Lead page of our Salesforce.com login and clicked on "Run Report" for showing me all the leads between a current time period.  I'm wondering how to change the default columns that show up in my reports?

 

Am I able to change the columns that are displayed in a default report such as this one?

 

Any feedback would be extremely helpful.

    Well, there are some standard reports that you cannot overwrite, but just use them as a basis and save as another report. If you are talking about the reports section when you click on the Lead tab , I don't think those ones can be changed ...
