Is there any limit for Trigger.new List? I mean what would be the max number of record in Trigger.New List ?? I have read somewhere it's only 200...can some one explain it ..

Hey Shanay,

No matter how big the operation, the max will always be 200.

Let's say a user does a bulk upload of 1000 contact. Salesforce will break the 1000 records down into 5 batches of 200, thus you only need to build your trigger to handle a max of 200. There are no plans to ever increase that number anytime soon!
