i have tried a lot of permutation and combination but am unable to make the report.

Thanks for your answers. I tried creating a report. I selected "Accounts with Opportunities" report type and took the filter "Created Date Less Than 365 Days". This is report is not giving me accurate results. For example there is an account ABCD which have 2 opportunities created on it. One was created on 1st Jan 2011 and second was created on 1st Jan 2013. Now in my report this account is coming because it has one opp created in 2011. But I do not want it come as it has one opp created in 2013 also. So I want only those accounts to reflect in my report which have all opps created before 1st May 2012.
