where did my weekly tab go?

I do not have my weekly sales numbers tab?  It no longer shows up and it is not in the list to add custom to the tool bar. Can some one please let me know how to get it back or who I should contact to have this done?

    Hello Jeri, 

     

    "Weekly Sales Numbers" is not a standard Salesforce Tab. Please reach out to your internal Sales Operations or Salesforce Admin person to get more information.
