We need to use a private campaign to group contacts for each user's 'My Contacts' list.
The Challengeis that the view is created based on a private campaign, during the deploy, every user have to create this view on their own manually. is there a way to automate this view creations on behalf of the users?
Hi Fang, standard Salesforce list views are generally tied to the user who creates them, so you can’t simply create a separate private view for every user through Apex or deployment and have it automatically appear as their personal view.
If the view needs to be available to everyone, consider creating a public/shared list view instead. If each user must have a private view based on their own Campaign membership, you would typically need to have the users create the view themselves or consider a custom solution to provide the required filtering.
If you can share the exact filtering criteria you need for “My Contacts,” there may be a way to achieve the requirement without creating a separate private view for each user.
