"does not contain" formula with AND statements

Need help with whether this reads correctly in adding 1 piece of criteria to the end of my existing workflow to exclude the workflow from firing if the Last Modified By Alias = a specific user.

 

AND( 

 

INCLUDES 

 

(Classification__c, "Certified ShellacPro" ) && 

 

ISCHANGED( ReCertification_Date__c ) && 

 

NOT(ISBLANK( ReCertification_Date__c )), 

 

NOT(CONTAINS( LastModifiedBy.Alias, "jolas")) 

 

)

 

The bold formula is my existing workflow.

    Actually after re-reading your post there's a few more changes...  

     

    Your Formula is evaluating a few fields using an ISCHANGED Function, but the LastModifiedBy field will not be updated with the ID (and Alias) until after Database Commit

    I think you need to use $User instead

    AND( 
    INCLUDES(Classification__c, "Certified ShellacPro" ), 
    ISCHANGED( ReCertification_Date__c ), 
    NOT(ISBLANK( ReCertification_Date__c )), 
    $User.Alias <> "jolas"
    )
