The only criteria I have for identifying these specific transactions I'm looking to update this custom field with is SUBJECT.
Criteria being, when TASK record is created and the below formula evaluates to TRUE: AND([Task].Subject ="PMC Contact Email Added")
When I activate the PB and run a test, this custom field is not populating which means it's not working. What am I doing wrong?

can you paste the screenshot of PB Criteria and confirm the subject is same after record insert/update.
