Hi there, I'm new to this group personally. I've been a Solo Admin for a little under 4 years now. I'm doing a session in January on challenges of being a Solo Admin. So I as wondering if I could get some ideas from the community. What would you say is the biggest challenge you face as a Solo Admin in your organisations? I think it would be really great if I use feedback from the Salesforce community as a key driving force for the session.

Balancing newly assigned workload with more autonomous (maintenance, review, existing) tasks, hands down. It's a challenge I partially mitigated with a custom built project board and designated time blocks. I had to leave a big one open for manager work, ad hoc analysis was pretty standard. If you block by the type of brainwork and the hat you wear, it gets a lot easier as routine develops.
