Could anyone share an example of non-functional requirements specifically tailored to Salesforce?

I am looking to create a document detailing all non-functional requirements for the proper governance of a Salesforce Platform and am looking for an example that I could modify and build off of. Would anyone happen to have any artifacts? Thank you again for the assistance!
