Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing emails with customers who need support.  Automatically convert email to cases, and when logged as a case, view, track, and report on inbound and outbound emails by case.

Email and Calendar Integration in the Salesforce Sales Cloud doesn’t automatically include Email-to-Case. Email-to-Case requires Salesforce Service Cloud downloading the Email-to-Case Agent.
