I am trying to figure out a way to add someone to a dynamic list based on an opportunity that is recently won (to then get them into engagement studio). It seems that to connect them in Pardot to an opp they must be a contact role - but we want to capture all contacts in the account (that are not marked inactive) and send them a welcome email after their account has been closed won. This is time critical so important the timing is right. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I am looking into using PB to send them to a campaign based in SF then add them to the list based on the campaign?!. Thanks for any tips!
