Important Be-Aware - Data Recovery Service Retirement

Effective July 31, 2020, Data Recovery as a paid feature will be deprecated and no longer available as a service. The Data Recovery service, formally known as Data Restoration, is a legacy process which was used as a last resort, where Salesforce can potentially recover your data at a specific point in time.

This EOL is only for client requested data recoveries. SRE will still execute data recoveries for Legal and Salesforce created incidents. The EOL KB article has more details and was posted publicly on Friday Jan 17th.
