I have been trying to migrate away from Classic and seem to have a lot of challenges with Lightening when it come to formatting reports. One issue of many, in Classic I could run a report on closed activities for the week and review emails I've sent out for that week for a quick snapshot just incase their might be something I need to follow-up on that I might have missed. In Classic an email that was sent or even bcc emails to salesforce with a known contact would show as a completed activity. I can't figure out how to do this with Lightening. I also struggle with how to filter information and what things such as equals means for various things. Any suggestions or direction would be greatly appreciated.
