Hey guys! Does anyone else use case management and have attachment size limitation issues? If yes, can you please help upvote this idea? I currently work for an insurance company and can't use case management fully because of this. Thank you!

Hi @Alison Dadia, I know it would be better if Salesforce did not have this limitation but there is an AppExchange app that can help you upload, download and even email large files using Salesforce.
