To all my Remedyforce brothers and sisters:

Wouldn't it be great to be able to add a custom field to Queue so you could assign an owner or a manger to each queue? You could set up approval processes for queue membership requests, simplify reporting for people who owned multiple queues and just make your admin life a little easier by being able to look at a filed on a Queue to know who owned it. Something like the screen shot in the attachment maybe.

While this is surprisingly not possible to do, the good news is that there is an idea out there requesting this functionality be developed. The bad news is that it is a year old and only has 9 votes so far. Please take a moment to go out to the idea and vote it up. Thanks!
