Has anyone worked using multi-select picklist on search pages?
Basically I have a "type" and a "sub-type" fields in a Case and the Customer requested me to use these fields to do searches in Cases.
The limitation is that it must be all declarative or "out of the box" features (not custom development).

For actual Multi-select picklsit unfortunatley you cannot search on Mutli-select picklist values. It is a bit of a limitation and has been made into an idea on the ideaexchange.
