Hello, I am experiencing multiple problems with Content Builder (should I create a separate post for each?). They are as follows:

·         Work doesn’t save the first time.

o   Padding: If you want to change an image’s padding, you also have to do that twice in order for it to stick.

o   Non-hero images:

- When you go to switch out an image, the new one does not stick. You have to go back in and change it again and then it will stick.

-This is a known issue, where if you double click an image and edit its URL, the URL does not stick. We’ve gotten around this by clicking the image, and then the hyperlink button. This method is problematic because you cannot enter Alt text when clicking the hyperlink button, so for each non-hero image, we are having to double click it to add the alt text, THEN click the hyperlink button to add the URL. This routinely costs us hours in the building process. 

·         The Save button grays out.

o   Sometimes I’ll be working on an email, my work will auto-save, and then the Save button stays gray and does not continue auto-saving nor will it come back to let me manually save. This results in a ton of lost work as I won’t notice it until I’ve done work and go to save. I then have to refresh in hopes of resetting the save button, but then I lose all that work. Most of the time the refresh doesn’t work anyway.
