Anyone else not getting Winter 16 Admin release exam to pass?

I have tried to take the Winter 16 Admin release exam multiple times. I keep failing it despite that all but 1 question is identical to those asked on the Winter 16 Dev that I passed. I know that I am giving the correct answers based on passing the Dev, that othes have passed previously with the same answers, and based on what I find in the release notes. I keep logging cases with webassessor but they don't give me any real resolution and I can't even follow up on an Open Case with them because there's no where to access it like a regular Salesforce Cae.

And now if this isn't resolved by the 8th I lose my Admin certifications. Am I alone in this frustrating situation?
