@Michael Chou  @Fabrice Talbot - Ever since last weekend I am having issues with Live Agent on a Summer '16 Community using the KOA template, in sandbox. @Peter White sent me a link to an unmanaged package. Since the weekend the home page (with LA) usually displays the correct status, but subsequent pages only show Agents offline until I refresh the page. And when I return to the home page it shows agents offline until I refresh the page. Any ideas what is causing the issue and what the resolution might be? Thank you.
