How do we add a Case Number to a multimedia file? The number has to be same as the Case and as much as possible, it should be done with minimal or no manual input. The multimedia file will be stored in a Rich Media Server like Adobe.

1. How is this file being uploaded into the Adobe Server?
2. Will this file also exist in Salesforce?
3. How is the file related to a case record?
4. Is this a one time operation or an ongoing thing?
5. How is this file being generated?
6. Does each case has a separate file ?
