Are you planning a migration to Lightning Experience UI? I know I am! Here is a project plan that has been modified to fit a migration to Lightning Experience UI project!!     Almost impossible to switch because of all the missing items like custom buttons working and custom objects. Until that is baked in, we can not switch. However, we will immediately switch once they are there. I am guessing winter '17 might be a good time but we shall see
