Hi,

I have opened a case 00093952 with Salesforce Certification as I had some technical issues and could not take the Salesforce Admin exam. I was indicated by Kriterion that they cannot reschedule the exam to another date and Salesforce need to be contacted via a case. I have opened a case on September 12th but no update and I want to take the exam as soon as possible. I left multiple voice messages, opened a case, posted here, sent an email. but no response. Not sure what else needs to be done to get an update.

Can someone look into this?.
