Can anyone tell or even show a screenshot where our CTI Softphone would appear in the Lightning UI? It actually appears in the left sidebar. Thanks

We are on a beta tester list and I will post an update once we do have the info, when Open CTI will be supported with the new UI - you can also check the CTI Data Connector for Salesforce home page - http://www.mirage-systems.de/en/products/cti-data-connector/salesforce/
