I am a new user starting for the first time. I'm the only one trying to use salesforce before i can start convincing others to get on board. I'm very willing to put in the time but i would like to know what you guys think for a direct path? Any good youtube videos? My initial setup walkthroughs aren't loading and I'm not sure why. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @John Semko - if your role is (ultimately or initially) going to involve the configuration and admin maintenance of Salesforce, I would definitely suggest you take a look at Trailhead (https://developer.salesforce.com/trailhead). If you think you won't need much config and are looking to approach it from an end-user perspective, then you may find some good tip sheets here: https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=quicktour_tips.htm&language=en_US.
