How can I remove the 'Shortcut' component from our Home Page Layout? Looks like if "Recent Items" is on the page layout, it appears but if I remove "Recent Items", it disappears. Thanks

To remove "Unresolved Items" from the Home Page, you have to disable Email to Salesforce
