Life sometimes presents unexpected turns. Two years ago, following a severe office food poisoning incident that compounded with some chronic health issues and caring for my elderly, dependent mother, I stepped away from my professional routine to navigate a challenging season. Managing my health—which I am successfully keeping on track through ongoing medication—alongside family responsibilities took my full dedication. 

Yet, through it all, my passion for technology and testing never faded. As my circumstances have stabilized, I have channeled my energy into keeping my skills sharp. Over the past several months, I have been actively upskilling, diving deep into hands-on practice with tools like Agentforce on Trailhead, and preparing to re-enter the workforce with renewed focus and determination. 

With over 11 years of end-to-end Quality Assurance leadership—including 3+ years in Salesforce CRM environments and 8 years in Oracle Siebel CRM—I specialize in driving zero-defect releases across complex enterprise ecosystems. Across the Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Non-Profit sectors, I have established robust test strategies, SIT/UAT governance, and defect-triage frameworks. Most recently at Tech Mahindra, I led multi-vendor CRM testing for Gavi’s global health platforms (covering Salesforce Country Portal, Partner Framework, and Issue Resolution Tool), coordinating successfully with global stakeholders such as WHO and UNICEF.
