What basic Salesforce integration concepts should a fresher learn?

#Trailhead Challenges #Salesforce Admin #Fresher Is Salesforce Integration knowledge expected from freshers? If yes, what basic concepts should a final-year student learn before attending interviews?

    Yes, having basic integration knowledge is definitely helpful for freshers, especially for Salesforce Developer interviews. 

     

    I suggest focusing on these topics:

    1. REST API: Understand how Salesforce communicates with external systems.
    2. HTTP Methods: Learn GET, POST, PATCH, and DELETE.
    3. JSON: Know how data is exchanged between applications.
    4. OAuth 2.0: Understand basic API authentication.
    5. Apex Callouts: Learn how to call external APIs from Salesforce.
    6. Named Credentials: Understand how to securely connect to external systems.
    7. Postman: Practice testing APIs.

     Build one simple integration project, like fetching weather data from an external API into Salesforce. 

     

    As a fresher, you don't need to master advanced integrations. Just understand the basics and be able to explain one practical scenario confidently.

I have recently completed my internship as a Salesforce Developer at SmartBridge, and I’m proud to share that I am Salesforce PD1 Certified and also an Agentforce Specialist.

Currently, I am in the final year of my B.Tech and looking to begin my career as a Fresher Salesforce Admin/Developer. I am actively seeking Trainee, Internship, or Entry-Level opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem.

    I'd argue social has less and less impact on ability to do a job, dissonance of image and skills has been growing bigger over the last 5 years.

    The ability to demonstrate skills and craft relevant narrative to support the hiring process is what makes an applicant stand out. 

    More noise and energy consumption doesnt. IMO

If anyone know about Salesforce. From which trailmix I can get prize if i complete as a Salesforce developer. I want to learn with earning. I am fresher but I want to learn lot of thing in Salesforce. Plz tell me how can I get prize from Salesforce plz tell me.

    You need to complete first three Trailmix from Journey to salesforce program you will get goodies and if you complete's all four in month of first 100 submits might you get chance to win salesforce PD1 vouchar more details please check salesforce groups.
