Error with Explore Data with Agentforce Grid - Need a resolution please.

I am trying to move on to step number 8 - however I am encountering an error (see screenshot). I have read thru the different resolutions -one being to reconnect within Einstein Setup - however it does not work. Is this a bug or what else could I be doing wrong? Do I need to repeat the steps and then see it if works? Refreshing the page once I reconnect doesn't seem to work either.

    Hi,   

    Try the following step once and refresh your grid again->  

    Go to Setup-> Einstein Setup-> Reconnect Agents to Salesforce Services-> Reconnect

We can't find the 'Use Lead Nurturing Agent' Permission Set assigned to the correct user.

We can't find the 'Use Lead Nurturing Agent' Permission Set assigned to the correct user., I am not to find Lead Nurturing at Agentforce for sales drop down.

    "The Agentforce Lead Nurturing name has changed to Agentforce Engagement. The new name better describes the work the agent does to nurture existing prospects and differentiates it from the Agentforce Lead Generation agent template." 

     

    So Dinesh, that's exactly why you can't find "Lead Nurturing" anywhere, it's been renamed. Here's what to look for instead: 

     

    1. In Setup, the agent template now appears as Agentforce Engagement, not Lead Nurturing. 

     

    2. The permission set is now Use Engagement Agent (contains the "Use Engagement Agent App" permission), this replaces what the module instructions still call "Use Lead Nurturing Agent." 

     

    3. Assignment path: 

       Setup > search Agentforce Engagement > under Manage Access for Managers and Users > click Manage > assign Use Engagement Agent to the correct user. 

     

    4. If you're setting this up as an admin/manager rather than just a user, you'd instead need Configure Engagement Agent (which includes Manage AI Agents, needed for Agentforce Builder access).

    Since the TDX26AgentblazerChallenge module instructions were written before this rename, this is very likely the actual blocker, you were searching for exact text ("Lead Nurturing") that no longer exists in the UI. Try the Engagement Agent path above and see if that resolves both issues at once.

On April 15 at True to the Core,

@Zachary Banks

asked a simple but important question about Setup with Agentforce. 

 

Yesterday, May 26, just 41 days later, we announced General Availability and provided an answer to his question - we will not consume Agentforce Credits. 🚀 

 

That timeline matters because it reflects something I’m incredibly proud of: we’re listening. 

 

Huge thank you to everyone who shared feedback, asked hard questions, and helped shape the product along the way. The community input genuinely influenced the direction of what we built.

I'm currently working on my Salesforce certification journey, and I'm aiming to complete the Platform Developer I Certification as my next milestone.

     The most reliable way to get an Agentforce Specialist certification voucher is through Salesforce events, Trailblazer Community groups, webinars, or official partner programs. Sometimes Salesforce also shares limited-time certification discounts or vouchers during campaigns, so it's worth keeping an eye on those. If anyone here has a spare voucher they won't be using, it could make a big difference for someone working toward the Trail Agentblazer Legend 2026 journey.

Setup with Agentforce is officially GA! . After completing the quest, I’m fully convinced this will drastically boost admin productivity. Great overview video by the team, too. Has anyone else wrapped up the quest yet? Let's hear your thoughts!

    Yes, I finished the quest recently, and my impression was similar. The biggest value seems to be how Agentforce can reduce repetitive admin work while making automation and user support much easier to manage. The GA release feels like a meaningful step forward rather than just another feature launch.

    Interestingly, it reminded me of how platforms in completely different spaces, such as yasin tv, focus on simplifying the user experience—the real win is saving time and reducing friction for end users. I'm curious to see how admins apply Agentforce in real production environments over the next few months.
