Hey! I am currently building out a campaign and I noticed that everything looks great on desktop; however, the mobile view is stacking my widgets. This is making the mobile appearance not make sense. Any work arounds you've found successful?

Hi Brooke,
You've probably figured this out by now. The template builder is doing exactly what HTML is designed to do: it's wrapping cells that are grouped together in a row. It looks like you have a 2-column layout on top (row 1) and then you added a 4-column layout below it (row 2).
What you need to do instead is place your widgets in the same cell with their respective headers, so they are grouped together in one whole cell (see the images--I just used buttons since they were easier to drag and drop for this example).
Now it looks like you have text below your widgets. If that's the case, you will need to drag an HTML component below the cell header and format your widgets in a table to get the alignment correct--which requires a little HTML knowledge. OR...if your widgets are an image with icon and text together, you can just drag two image components below each header. In fact, if the text is separate from the icon image, I would just make them each an image using a separate image editor so you don't have to deal with HTML if you don't feel comfortable.

Trying to use the Lightning Email Builder, built the template in Email Templates, and am now going to Email Content to actually send the email but I click New and this pops up where I can't do anything. Am I doing something wrong?

We recently upgraded to the new Pardot Email Template builder and we are searching for ways to add our various disclosure types into the drag & drop. In the old Pardot template we were able to use dynamic content to pull the different disclosure types but with the new Pardot Email Template builder we are stuck. Is there any work around to pull our dynamic content into this new email template builder using HML or conditional statements? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi fellow Trailblazers!
This is my first time posing a question to our community, but I could really use the help. In Pardot, we have email templates that we've used for a little over 5 months now. Up until today (10/11/2021), we were able to use the email template and get Pardot to send them just fine. When I went to test my email today, I received the attached error message regarding my Unsubscribe tag in the footer of my email. I tried everything, but I couldn't bypass the error message. What I did instead was to insert two merge tags into the bottom of my email (preference center and unsubscribe). Unfortunately, the display is just a link for both of them. I've sent another screenshot to illustrate this.
I'm completely stumped and so is our implementation specialist from Prolocity. I would be so thankful if someone in this community could help me discover what is wrong.
If it helps, I've included one more screenshot of the code I used to insert the preference center and the unsubscribe link in my email before I switched to the merge tags. I'm hoping that original visual will help.

Hi - brand new to Pardot from Hubspot, everyone. I'm wondering if Pardot allows you to embed video links to email via email builder (and soon landing pages via landing page builder)? For example, we use Vimeo, can I embed the iframe code or even just the shareable URL somewhere so the video appears? I'm trying to avoid using a still image as my thumbnail and then hyperlinking to the video from that...maybe I have to get a Zapier connector, perhaps? Thanks, everyone for chiming in. It doesn't look like Pardot has those features yet. They've been available in Hubspot for quite some time. See the attached image of Hubspot's email builder that includes a video component. You then add the video URL (or file) and it will link out to the video. Pardot is REAAALLLYYYY behind the 8 ball with their email builder compared to Hubspot, so hopefully, it's something that gets added soon.
Pardot requires a very antiquated approach of adding an image with a fake play button on there and hyperlinking to video. In Hubspot you can actually select a particular section of the video to display as your thumbnail. It's pretty cool.
My company is working on transitioning from Pardot Classic to Pardot Lightning. We have seemed to add the Pardot Lightning app successfully in Salesforce, however the dashboard looks the same as the classic and there is no updated email template builder. Do we have to activate the email template builder?
These are the apps that we currently have activated in our Salesforce account. Any insight would be helpful.

It's covered in the article Emma linked through the Email Setup wizard, but I would think permissions are the issue! You won't be able to see the new tab if you don't have the permission added. Hi Taran, thanks for your reply. I'm all set with the implementation, what I need is some material to explain to users who are not admins what is changing so they can find their way around the tool.
When building a new list email with the Pardot Lightning Email builder, there is no "save" functionality for the sending information (Campaign, lists, from/reply email and completion actions). So you can save the email, but you cant save the sending information. That must be added real-time as you are preparing to send or schedule. This does not seem correct. Is this the way the new builder is supposed to be or am I missing something?

Question about Sending IP, we are testing the new lightning email builder to send our pardot emails, do you know if emails sent with the new builder use the same Pardot IP as regular Pardot emails ? Or is it a salesforce IP, if so where can i find this IP so that I can add it to our whitelist,
