The exam deadline is on May 24th and last week when I found this issue I opened a case (00156546) with salesforce certification, contacted Kryterion and my success manager hoping that the issue would be resolved soon, but according to the information I have so far is up to Salesforce Certification to enable the option for me to register. Hang in there and keep moving forward. Be certain to spend time in the Exam Guide. Measure yourself in all of the major areas identified in the Exam Guide. Are you working in the platform daily or is it more of an academic exercise, i.e. you are exclusively studying for the exam? The audio is so important I started my exams 2 hours the scheduled time because my audio had an issues, but support guys helped me out.
I would like to draw the attention of the Salesforce Leadership team in pertaining to the online exam. I have been trying to give the Admin exam for the last 2 weeks, and am still unable to do so due to a software glitch on the Kryterion exam platform. I believe this issue is continuing for a month now. Now, to give an exam at an onsite location during this pandemic is unfair to the candidates. Therefore, it is my humble request to the Salesforce Leadership team to look into this matter on an urgent basis and take corrective actions. Thanks!
