How the Challenge Works — A Step-by-Step Guide for Participants
We're so glad you're here. This guide walks you through everything you need to know to participate, stay on track, and cross the finish line as an Agentblazer before TDX26. Read it once, bookmark it, and refer back to it throughout the 30 days.
STEP 1 — Understand the Three Levels
The challenge follows the Agentblazer 2026 status framework on Trailhead. There are three levels, and the goal is to progress through as many as possible — with Legend being the target for certification voucher eligibility.
🏅 Level 1 — Champion 2026 Target completion: by Monday, March 23
This is your foundation. You will learn the core concepts of Agentforce, understand how AI agents work, use Prompt Builder, and build your very first agent using Agent Builder. No coding required. This level is designed to be completed in 8–10 hours across your first week.
⚡ Level 2 — Innovator 2026 Target completion: by Monday, April 6
This is the builder level. You will complete superbadges, build functional Sales and Service agents, learn about threat modeling, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and best practices for deploying agents. This is the most time-intensive level — allow 15–20 hours spread across two weeks.
🌟 Level 3 — Legend 2026 Target completion: by Monday, April 13 at midnight
This is the expert level. You will work with advanced Agentforce customizations, Data Cloud integration, Agentforce DX, Slack deployment, and the AI Specialist Certification pathway. Legend completers are eligible for consideration for a certification exam voucher, subject to the challenge committee's review.
STEP 2 — Keep Your Trailhead Profile Public
Your Trailhead profile must remain set to Public for the entire duration of the challenge — March 15 through April 13, 2026
. This is how the challenge committee verifies your badge and status completions.
To check: go to your Trailhead profile → Settings → set visibility to Public.
If your profile is private at any point during the challenge, the team cannot verify your progress and your completions will not count toward recognition or voucher eligibility. Please check this now before anything else.
STEP 3 — Attend the Live Sessions
Four live virtual sessions are scheduled across the challenge. Each session is designed to teach you the skills for that week's level, solve blockers in real time, and keep the energy high. Sessions are held on weekday evenings at 6:00 PM GST. (Timmings may be affected due to short working hours during Ramadan)

Session links will be posted in this community group and emailed to registered participants ahead of each date. Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory — recordings will be shared in the group within 24 hours of each session.
STEP 4 — Learn at Your Own Pace Between Sessions
The challenge is structured around self-paced learning on Trailhead between sessions. Here is a simple weekly rhythm to follow:
Monday to Thursday — complete modules at a steady pace. Aim for 30–45 minutes per day rather than marathon sessions on the weekend. Consistency beats intensity every time.
Friday — share your progress update with the group, it takes 2 minutes and tells the team where you are and whether you need support.
Saturday and Sunday — use the weekend as a sprint window. Complete modules you didn't finish during the week and earn your badge before Monday.
Any day — post your progress in the community group and on LinkedIn. Sharing your journey publicly is one of the most powerful things you can do to stay accountable and inspire others.
STEP 5 — Use the Community Group
This Trailhead community group is your home base for the next 30 days. Here is what you will find here:
- 📌 Official announcements and rule updates from the challenge team
- đź”— Session links and recordings after each live call
- 🏅 Badge celebration posts — share yours here when you earn them
- 🙋 A place to ask questions and get help from peers and mentors
Make it a habit to check the group daily. The participants who engage most with the community are consistently the ones who finish.
STEP 6 — Post on LinkedIn and Use the Official Hashtag
Every time you complete a badge, attend a session, build something, or hit a milestone — share it on LinkedIn. Use the official challenge hashtag on every post:
This hashtag is how the team tracks community reach, how Salesforce sees your participation, and how you get featured in the challenge's LinkedIn spotlights. Posts without the hashtag may not be attributed to the challenge.
You are also encouraged to use: #Trailhead #TDX26
Not sure what to post? Here are some ideas:
- A screenshot of a badge you just earned
- A 60-second screen recording of an agent you built
- A key insight or "today I learned" moment from the trail
- A question for the community
- A shoutout to your study buddy
STEP 7 — Connect with Your Study Buddy
Every participant is paired with a study buddy — someone at a similar target level. Your buddy is your accountability partner for the next 30 days. Reach out to your buddy on Day 1. Share your Trailhead profile link. Check in with each other at least twice a week. Celebrate each other's wins. If your buddy goes quiet, send them a message — that simple act has kept more people in challenges like this than any other single thing.
