Is anybody using scratch orgs for testing and running into issues creating them on the Winter '27 release? 

Specifically, it doesn't seem like the "enableEducationCloud" setting within IndustriesSettings is actually enabling Education Cloud anymore, so the scratch org is failing to be created properly when attempting to enable the other dependent settings like Academic Operations. (Reference:

I get an error message similar to: "A scratch org was created with username <username>, but the settings failed to deploy due to: \n[Error] Industries : enableAcademicOperations" 

If I remove the dependent settings from the config file, then the org is created but without Education Cloud enabled (even though I kept that setting enabled).

I'm starting to configure SEA for a performing arts organization. I'm relatively new to Salesforce, and the organization is small. I've read through the documentation (I think) that seemed most relevant and skimmed the rest. I've set up some dummy events and event instances to get a sense  of how the processes work.  

I've got a handful of questions to start. If someone can point me to the relevant documentation, that'd be great. I haven't found answers yet. 

Ticket Pricing 

We use a pay what you wish ticket model with a suggested minimum of $5. And prices differ among event instances. Ideally, I'd like the registration page to show text explaining our pricing, a blank where people can enter a ticket price, and a blank for an optional donation. And prices differ among event instances.  

I've tried a handful of things. I've set a fee of $5 per ticket for an event, but that doesn't offer any flexibility to give more or less. I've added an optional donation, but that's on a separate page. It looks as if I have to provide optional donation amounts, although there is an "other" option. 

For our residency weekends (four or five concerts) and festival (12 to 15 concerts), we want to offer people a single registration page with multiple events on it. So far, I see that SEA creates a registration page for each event instances, not the Event (series of instances). Is there a way to combine Event Instances on one registration page? 

I'm going to want to add some lookup fields for musicians who are performing (contacts) and venues (accounts) and would like to customize the workflow to hide some of the education-specific fields and show the custom fields. Can that workflow be customized? And is the process managed and subject to change when the package is updated? 

I found the Stripe integration recipe and the documentation page for payment integration. Is there sample code anywhere? Does integrating SEA with a payment processor require Apex programming?

Hi everyone,

I'm completing the Trailhead module "Create Custom Buttons and Links." I created the Google This Account detail page link and added it to the Custom Links section of the Account Layout.

However, when I open an Account record and go to the Details tab, the Custom Links section is not visible at all. Because of this, I can't see the Google This Account link.

I'm using Lightning Experience in a Trailhead Playground.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Is it related to Dynamic Forms or the Lightning Record Page configuration? How can I make the Custom Links section appear?

We do not have Admin access to our Tableau Server, but we have access to PostgreSQL DB workgroup schema. 

We have a need to monitor LDAP groups, users and Site Limits. 

We have created custom data model for the data (screenshot attached), but results do not match with details presented on Tableau Server (supporting group with Admin access is sharing latest Site Limits numbers) and some of the users do not have names displayed. 

Please let me know if our model is using proper objects. 

Is there any documentation for the workgroup schema tables how to connect them?

we have number of users for each site role. We can add here role_name, we can add user_name, but there are NULL values for user_name from hist_users.  Why there are NULL for user_name? Are they past users? Never logged in?

We would like to find number of Site Limits for each license type. 

In sites table there are three columns named 'Tier Basic User Capacity', 'Tier Author Capacity', 'Tier Interactor Capacity'. Are them the ones to preset set Site Limits? If no, where can I found proper numbers?
