Seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator (Sacramento-based, Paid)

We’re two retired consultants in Sacramento working on a visionary nonprofit 501(c)(3) book project about a unified system for humanity's survival and thriving. The project centers on collaborative systems integration and AI's involvement.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, tech-savvy

Project Coordinator to help us stay organized and move forward efficiently. You’ll help manage ideas, tag themes, track drafts, and coordinate project materials using tools like Notion, ChatGPT, and Google Docs.

About the Role:

Title: AI-Enabled Project Coordinator
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week through the first draft (~6 months)
Pay: $30–$55/hour depending on experience
Location: Sacramento-based

This could be a great fit for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion to utilize emerging tech and collaboration to better the human condition.

Just finished reading and reviewing @Kerry Townsend's book 'Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation Handbook: A practitioner's guide for driving sales excellence and better ROI with Salesforce Sales Cloud'.

It is superb. I really recommend it and wish I'd had it years ago - would have saved me some pain along the way! Kerry clearly has prodigious experience, the topics are well-explained and digestible. A great resource for project teams - you can read it end-to-end or just dip into it for particular sections and knowledge.

Any advice for first time project?

I am working on my first project as a BA and I’ll also lead as the project manager. Looking for any advice, resources, templates, tools or videos that can help me be more successful. I’ll be creating a custom application as well so pretty much doing the entire project myself. I want to document everything to put in my portfolio and appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!

Hello @Yoddit McLean, it will depend on the methodology / tooling you will need to use.
You can have a look at Agile methodology to design functionally the business requirements, and make your client validate them before implementing them. You can use any tools your company may have (Jira for product definition and sprint planning, Confluence for documentation) or Agile Accelerator Labs to do it in your Salesforce instance (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N30000000ps3jEAA)
