My Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification recently expired because I missed the maintenance deadline. I did not receive the maintenance notification email prior to expiration. I would like to request reinstatement of my certification and permission to complete the missed maintenance requirement.
I am unable to submit a support case through the Trailhead Help portal because the "Contact Support" or "Create a Case" options do not appear for me. Could someone from the support team please assist me with this issue or advise on how I can proceed?

Yes, your expired Agentforce Specialist certification can sometimes be reinstated if it recently expired, but reinstatement is not guaranteed.
- If you missed the deadline by only a few days or a short time, complete the overdue maintenance badge on Trailential / Trailhead immediately. Then, open a support ticket via the Salesforce Help Portal under Trailhead > Certifications to request a one-time exception.
- If it has been expired for more than one maintenance cycle, Salesforce policy requires you to register and retake the full certification exam.
