Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer (depending on the role)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and data management
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components (for Developer role)
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
