Hi Team -

1. Work plan template has 3 template entries - so 3 respective work step template - one of the work step template has Action as Flow/Action definition as action FSL flow.

After workorder creation - work plan/3 steps are getting created as expected but flow is missing on step which I have mentioned on above para.

I am able to add flow manually in workstep/ same as workstep template and working as expected in Mobile.

any pointer - why flow is not getting transitioned from work step template to work step.

Hi All and Happy Friday

I have a few users reporting an error on the SFS (FSL) Mobile App notification screen on Android devices.

They are reporting that they are not receiving any notifications when service appointments are being Dispatched to them and when they check the notification screen they see an error on the device.

Hi All

Is it possible to capture Video as opposed to images with a SFS mobile Flow? Currently we capture images when a technician completes WOLIs, however we are interested in instead capturing Video.

An example scenario would be where a technician is performing a site inspection/walk round and instead of capturing images for the client they take a short video. This could then be shared with the client.

Can anyone share any success or insights that they might have had?

I am currently facing some issues with respect to List views on SFS mobile app, so If anyone can help me out it will be helpful.

Issue:

1. I have added a couple of list views in SF (for example: 1. SA view1 (filter -> schedule start equals TODAY) 2. SA view 2 (filter-> schedule start equals TOMORROW) 3. SA view 3 (filter-> Actual end equals YESTERDAY) etc.....), List views are visible for all users and works fine in Desktop app.
2. I have added the SA view 1 as default list view in FS mobile settings.
3. Coming to FS mobile application, if I switch from SA view 1  -> SA view 2, I'm unable to see my SA's directly. I should go to the date picker and select the next date there to see my appointments. 
4. Same issue even if I do vice versa SA view 2 -> SA view 1, I should again go back to date picker and select today date, this is continues with every list view.

Please let me know if you think I'm missing any settings or any other config.

Is it possible to bulk reschedule service appointments from one date to another?

I have a requirement whereby once a technician's capacity has been reached we would like to move their service appointments to the following day (or another date).

At the moment we are not using optimisation just Drag and Drop on the Gantt Chart.  Is there a way a Dispatcher can select multiple/bulk Service Appointments and move these in one go?

We have a requirement to create assets as a technician from SFS mobile app. As Asset creation is not an option in SFS we used Field Service Mobile Flow to create assets and we have some Object-level validation and Flow level validation setup but both are not working in SFS Mobile.

• Check the empty value - This was already implemented and found to be not working on SFS Mobile
• Check the Null value - Implemented this and found it to be not working on SFS Mobile
• Set a default value for the picklist fields in the flow and validate the input - Tried setting a default value in the flow as per your suggestion but am afraid this doesn't work either. Just to provide more details on this, the User on the SFS flow tries to create an Asset, Transponder number is defaulted to "0 or (any other value for that matter)" (only in the flow) and we validate the input provided by the user on the flow - validation check doesn't work in this case as well, am afraid. 

Please suggest if there is any workaround.
