I had given an exam of Agentforce Specialist on 29th. December 2025. My result showed me “Fail” despite the passing criteria being 73% and i scored 75.2%. Since then I even had raised a ticket regarding my result on 29/12/2025 and there’s no response from the team of Trailhead or Salesforce till now, i.e 13/01/2026. I request to the team of Salesforce or Trailhead to look into it. Here’s my result 👇🏻
