I attended the exam on 8th May , 05:15 hours and while giving the Salesforce associate exam, it got stopped in the middle with a message asking me to exit and re-launch my exam due to mic issues. I did as they said and tried to re-launch my exam but it's showing suspended and there is no launch option. I got a message there to contact Kryterion help support for live chat assistance. I immediately contacted Kryterion online help support but they informed about coupon being expired and they were unable to relaunch the exam. Please Help and allow me to attempt the exam ASAP!

Posting it here as the case details are not reflecting in My cases page and hoping that salesforce team would look into this issue soon. I am unable to reschedule the exam also.
