Hi @Kendra Luta definitely check out the App Advice group that Jillian mentioned, and also if you click on the topics specific to #MailChimp or #Constant Contact you can surface past conversations, discussions, etc.

Word of caution there: not all editions of Pardot allow for custom object integration/syncing. You can certainly buy this feature but it might be way too expensive for what you want.

I would go with Mail Chimp, they have a great integration with Salesforce, here's more information about it https://mailchimp.com/help/how-mailchimp-works-with-salesforce/
We are looking at moving from Constant Contact. We are currently talking to Salesforce about Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
The main thing that sounded interesting about Marketing Cloud was the ability to pull multiple report together to create one email list. Do any other products have that functionality?
Also for all of those who use Marketing Cloud or Pardot is it worth the money?

Is 'Constant Contact v2.0 for Salesforce' retired? I am not able to find it on appexchange and internet search seems to indicate that it is no more available. So my question is, is 'Constant Contact v2.0 for Salesforce' still available? If so, how can I get it? If not, then which other app is recommended for integrating Constant Contact with Salesforce? You help is really appreciated!

I need to hire a data integration person to help upload contacts (~10K) we've pulled from Constant Contact. We've done some data cleaning in spreadsheets already, but integration will require making sure we aren't uploading dupes, that data is being merged and labeled correctly, and the right decisions are being made about what to upload when. I tried poking around in the Power of Us and Trailblazer to find Sf-certified people to hire for this and couldn't find any sort of "repository" of consultants. Where should I be looking for them and/or who should I be talking to? TIA!

I am trying to sync my Constant Contact lists and tags with my Salesforce lists (either under Reports or Campaigns), and I am running into brick walls.
I have the free Cazoomi plan and I realize I can pay $10/month for an add-on to either do Custom Field Mapping or List Sync; however, I am not sure which to use or how to do this successfully? I have spoken with Cazoomi, Constant Contact and even our consultant and no one has been able to help me thus far.
Does anyone have experience with this and know how to troubleshoot, or set up successfully?

I decided to try Custom Field Mapping, and it is working okay so far, but there is this caveat:
"SyncApps will not update existing data in
Salesforce.comwith the above mapping information if email address exists in Salesforce.com."
So, updating fields within records will only be a one-way sync (Salesforce to Constant Contact), and will not update records the other way (from Constant Contact to Salesforce) if that email already exists in SF.

We have decided on Marketo, as it seems it will meet our needs better!
