my requirment is if the account have custom field status is in 'completed and submitted 'status ,related contact objects standard action new button clicking display error'contact cannot be worked for this account

this requirment is on lwc component with apex class

i am using my soql query in account [select id ,status from account where id :=recordId]

but when i pass this recordId in my lwc js

connectedcallback()

{

getaccountdata(recordId:this.formId)

{

}

 facing this.formId as undefined
