Kanban can only display 200 records with up to 4 fields per record. What is the best approach to expand these limits and allow the addition of additional fields based on conditions? For instance, when an opportunity is in the Pitch/Offer stage, 'Pitch/Offer Status' and 'Prospect Confirmation Status' should be visible to the end user. However, when the opportunity transitions to the 'Removal Request' stage, only 'Status' and 'Reason' should be displayed.

Feb 21, 2024, 6:54 PM Hi Vikas, I believe the 4 fields are defined based on the first 4 fields selected in that list view. I think to achieve what you're looking for you would have to have a separate list view for each Stage, with the first four fields of each list view adjusted accordingly. However, I'm assuming you want one Kanban view grouped by each stage. I wonder if you could create a formula field(s) that pulls in the values based on the Stage of that Opportunity. For example, you could have a formula that pulls in Pitch/Offer Status if the Stage is equal to Pitch/Offer, otherwise it returns the Status. You could then try putting these formulas in the first 4 fields of that list view.
How do I/what is the best way to add monetary amounts to my org's Opportunities?
My Org is commercial real estate so the finances are little complex. Each Opportunity has different lengths of terms, different monthly rent rates, and different % of increase. For example, one opportunity may be a 10 yr term at $1,000/month rent with a 2.5% increase each year while another Opportunity may be a 7 yr term at $4,000/month rent with a 2% increase. I guess I just want to know how to represent the monetary values of each deal that is in our Opportunity pipeline from "Cultivating" through "Lease Proposal". Basically, I want the $ amounts to show on the top of the Kanban view, but I want the amount to outline the potential financial income of the deal in its entirety not just $/month or the first year rent.
Thanks in advance for any comments, suggestions, links, help, etc!!

Aug 25, 2021, 7:18 PM Sorry,
The *12 is to give you a yearly amount from the monthly rate and is used twice.
The -1 is for the fact that the increase only starts AFTER the first year.
My users need to export a report/dashboard in Kanban view. Does anyone know a way to achieve this in Salesforce, or any AppExchange solution?
