and, when nonprofit higher eds use your .edu address, it automatically applies the nonprofit discount. Inside info: It's not the registration that's important. It's getting a good hotel. They go fast. Be sure to register and get your hotel ASAP. If you need to cancel, you get a full refund as long as it's 30 days or more before the event.

    👋 Hi everyone! I’m Riya Thopate, a Software Engineer tuning in from Pune, India!

    I’m joining TDX24 remotely on Salesforce+, and super excited to be part of the energy even from afar.

    💡 This year, I’m especially excited to dive deeper into AI-powered productivity across the Salesforce ecosystem—from Einstein enhancements to automation improvements and anything that helps us build smarter, faster, and with more impact. The innovations around genAI for devs and admins are definitely top of my list!

    I haven’t attended Dreamforce 2025 in person yet, but I’m really excited to see all the new innovations Salesforce will showcase, especially around AI and data integration. 

    I’m looking forward to learning how to leverage these tools to drive smarter business decisions and create better customer experiences. 

    Can’t wait to join virtually and soak up all the insights from the comfort of home!

    Though I haven’t attended Dreamforce yet, my biggest tip for first-timers would be to plan your schedule ahead, mix sessions with networking, and stay open to spontaneous learning moments. 

    Also, take advantage of the Trailblazer community before, during, and after the event—it's a goldmine for support and connections!

Product Innovation Announcements - E&U Product Marketing Manager Elodie Soetaert and E&U Product Management Director Susie McMullan announced major new innovations for Agentforce Energy & Utilities, including Augmented Sales and Service on the Agentforce E&U platform, and Agentic Field Service for E&U.

Brilliant Demos - Rock star E&U Solution Engineers Marcos Vilela (LATAM) and Tess Dunlop (ANZ) wowed the audience with demos of Agentforce Energy & Utilities. The use cases were Proactive Energy Advisory Services and Preventing Catastrophic Failure with Field Service. Marcos’ fully live demo surprised the audience with the speed and ease with which he used Data 36O, CPQ, and pre-built AI actions for E&U. Tess inspired awe and cheers by leveraging Esri maps, Voice to Form, and even an active drone on stage.

Customer Leadership - We welcomed ENGIE Energy Solutions CDIO Thomas Baudlot and E.ON Innovation SVP Stefan Padberg onto the stage to speak with Javier Argüeso, Acting GM of Agentforce Energy & Utilities at Salesforce. Playfully jockeying for the title of “Leader of the Energy Transition,” Thomas and Stefan testified to the power of working with Salesforce to leap ahead with agentic AI for the E&U sector.
