Is it possible to change the highlight color when selecting a header

Attached is a dashboard that I have created. Everything has turned out as I hoped, with one small issue that I cannot seem to figure out. I have this dashboard set up to filter on selection of the headers on the first worksheet included. As you can see by looking at the attachment, when you select the header, the column data is almost unreadable due to the color formatting / shading. I would like to change this shading to a different color, or turn the shading of the related columns off all together on selection.

- Proficiency in reporting analysis, data visualization and communications (interpretation of data)

- Proficiency in statistics

- Advanced skills in requirement gathering

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
