Thanks for your your interest in solving this issue. Tableau is reading from Alteryx workflow generated excel file. There was some error in Alteryx workflow which is fixed now. Unfortunately I am unable to share file considering confidentiality of data. Please consider this issue as resolved for now.
Hi TUG,
I am looking into using one of the Tableau Extensions apps available on the Tableau site for Forecast and Budget input for the users we support. Has anyone have used any of the extensions and in what capacity? Idea would be to use it for input and then have other processes do the heavy lifting on calculations done on the back end.
Any feedback/recommendations would be much appreciated.

Hi Vikas,
I personally don't use extensions for forecasting, but if my organization used salesforce (for more than just Tableau), I'd definitely recommend checking out the Einstein Discovery extension. I've seen a few demos of this, and it looks really cool and seems to have a lot of solid use cases!
